while staying here my children and I took our food from the breakfast bar they offer upstairs to our room to eat. we felt more comfortable there. we were told that wasn't allowed and when I asked why they didn't state that in their policy or have any signs posted the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that "he was at home , and that she would not disturb him." I asked for her name, corporates #, and she refused to tell me either. She then told me I had to leave the hotel, even though I had already paid for 2 nights. They also tell you online that kids 18 and under "stay for free" yet when I told them I had my three daughters all under 18 they charged me an extra $20. The pool is dirty, and the pool towels are only allowed in the pool area. So God forbid you or your family are cold after swimming and want a towel to wrap around you on your walk back to your room. They will stop you at the front desk and make you walk them back to the pool area. This place is terrible with customer service. I will never return and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because it was a great value for what I paid. There were a few small upgrades/improvements/repairs that could be made, but nothing that affected my stay. The hot breakfast was very good. There was make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, sausages, and hash browns. Cold items were bagels, muffins, cereal and other things. I would stay there again knowing that they have such a good breakfast.

Front desk was very nice and pleasant. Helpful too. Room was what we paid for. Its not luxury but they are standard rooms. Clean, smelled well. Basic amenities. Pool was clean. Breakfast was hit and miss for us. We eat late so I did like the hours. But the hotel was booked so everything was well picked over but they were sticking more as we came down. For a less then $90 stay i slept great. That counts for me.
